Shipping is free on orders $50+! All orders ship from our shop in Catskill, NY within 2 business days via USPS mail with tracking. Orders are mailed via USPS via First Class Mail (Ground Advantage) or Priority Mail based on weight. Orders containing only books may be shipped via Media Mail. USPS delivery time is an estimated 2-5 business days for First Class, 1-3 business days for Priority Mail. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships.

Because international shipping costs vary greatly, please contact us if you are interested in placing an order. Please include a list of the item(s) you are interested in, along with your mailing address, so we can provide an accurate shipping quote and set up a custom order for you!

Orders may be canceled at any point prior to shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation, as most orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Items (including in-store purchases) may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us within this time frame in order to arrange any returns. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Items must be returned in new/unopened/unused condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Receipt is required for any in-store returns. Any items that are opened, used, missing packaging, etc. will not be eligible for return. Denied/unauthorized returns may be shipped back to buyer at their expense.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Earrings or intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been opened or used

If your item has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as well as your local Post Office, as they may be able to offer assistance. We will ask you to provide photos of any damage to the item(s) and packaging in order for us to file a claim with the postal service. We ship to the address provided on your order, so please double check this before you place your order. We can accept address changes via e-mail prior to shipping, but we cannot change your package's destination once it has left our hands. If your item is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it to you again. We cannot issue refunds for items lost due to an incorrect shipping address.
