Shipping policy

All orders ship from our shop in Catskill, NY within 2 business days via USPS mail with tracking.

Shipping within the USA:
Orders are mailed via USPS via First Class Mail (Ground Advantage) or Priority Mail based on weight. Orders containing only books may be shipped via Media Mail. USPS delivery time is an estimated 2-5 business days for First Class, 1-3 business days for Priority Mail. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships. Please contact us if you encounter any issues or excessive delays in receiving your package, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Shipping outside the USA:
Because international shipping costs vary greatly, please contact us if you are interested in placing an order. Please include a list of the item(s) you are interested in, along with your mailing address, so we can provide an accurate shipping quote and set up a custom order for you!

Lost/Damaged Items:
If your item has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as well as your local Post Office, as they may be able to offer assistance. We will ask you to provide photos of any damage to the item(s) and packaging in order for us to file a claim with the postal service. We ship to the address provided on your order, so please double check this before you place your order. We can accept address changes via e-mail prior to shipping, but we cannot change your package's destination once it has left our hands. If your item is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it to you again. We cannot issue refunds for items lost due to an incorrect shipping address.
